5 nos. Egg
3 tsp Oil
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
3 nos. Onion (sliced)
3 nos. Green Chilli
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
few Curry Leaves (for tempering)
1 no. Tomato
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Salt

Add oil to a pan and add in the fennel seeds.

Add in the onions and green chillies. Saute until the onions are transparent.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Then add the curry leaves and saute for a few seconds.

Add tomatoes and saute until they are mushy.

Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt and mix well.

Add water to let the masala going and mix again.

Crack open 5 eggs one by one into the pan and do not disturb them.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the eggs for 5 mins.

After 5 mins, flip the eggs to other side and cover the pan to cook them for 2 mins.

Turn off the stove and transfer the eggs into a serving plate.
