4 piece Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp Oil
1 no. Onion (chopped)
2 no. Tomato (chopped)
1 tsp Onion Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam masala Powder (Hot Spices)
to taste Salt
For garnishing Fresh Coriander

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook until aromatic.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and blended.

Stir in red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add a little water and simmer the masala until slightly thick.

Make small cuts on the boiled eggs and place them into the gravy.

Coat the eggs well with the masala and cook for a few minutes.
